Stark Truss Company, Inc. began in 1963 as a result of an enticing advertisement I ran across one day while thumbing through a trade magazine. The ad was for a "business opportunity" in the pre-fabricated truss industry. I now believe that this was no coincidence, but God's divine intervention in my life. The decision would prove to have a profound effect not only on my life, but also on the lives of my family. My wife, Esther, and I started this business from the ground up, and at the present time, we have grown to 16 locations. I feel privileged and blessed to have my family involved in the management of the business. We believe strongly in Godly values, integrity, hard work, and faith in God. From the very beginning, we have earnestly attempted to follow these beliefs and make them the cornerstone of our Company.
My son, Stephen, was named President of Stark Truss Company, Inc. in 1998. He graduated from RHEMA Bible Training Center in 1989, and received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Stark Technical College in 1995.
My son, Javan, is the Executive Vice President. He graduated from RHEMA Bible Training Center in 1987.
Todd Pallotta is a native of Ohio and is our General Manager of Operations. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management from DePauw University in 1989. Todd assists in overseeing our manufacturing facilities.
